Some time ago, we were able to accompany an exciting project on the Croatian Adriatic coast: the launching of several yachts at the start of the season. Our task was to check the wire ropes, lifting straps and slings used on site before the boats were launched into the water.
Every detail is important, especially during such operations. The stresses involved in launching and retrieving water should not be underestimated. This makes it even more important that the material used is in perfect condition. We have checked all wire ropes for possible damage, wear and general safety. The lifting straps and connectors were also checked before starting.
Once everything had been checked, the yachts were safely launched into the water one by one. It’s always nice to see how technology, experience and care ensure that everything runs smoothly, without any incidents.
Such projects show us each time again how important our contribution to safety is. And that is why we take our work so seriously.
