Questions and answers
How do E-conductor cables work?
E-conductor cables transmit electricity via a copper wire that is integrated into the wire rope. The copper wire ensures efficient conductivity, while the surrounding steel cable provides mechanical stability. This combination makes it possible to reliably transport electrical signals or energy over longer distances and at the same time withstand strong tension forces.
They are used in areas where electrical energy is transmitted flexibly and tension is required at the same time.
Can the E-conductor rope be wound onto a rope drum?
Yes, E-conductor ropes can be wound onto drums without any problems. Thanks to their flexible design and high load-bearing capacity, they are suitable for use on winches or drums without affecting the electrical properties or structure of the rope.
