With our in-house polyurethane foundry, we are able to manufacture a wide range of different products to protect your employees, your goods and your factory equipment.

We manufacture polyurethane custom molds that are perfectly tailored to your needs.
Elements such as magnetic contact points or labels for permanent labeling can also be integrated. As can be seen here in the example of edge protectors with integrated magnets.

When should a PU coating be considered?
A PU coating is ideal for areas that are exposed to high stresses (high friction, sharp edges, etc.) and require additional protection. Coatings can extend the lifespan of lifting equipment in particular and therefore also improve cost- efficiency.
Can the result be adapted to my brand?
It is possible to match the color of the coating to your corporate colors. Labels with individual lettering and corporate logos can also be cast into the coating so that they remain permanently visible.
