Everything you need to know about the ordering process.
Order
Our offers are aimed exclusively at companies and not at consumers.
All order, purchase, and delivery information will be sent to you exclusively via email. Therefore, it’s important that you enter your correct email address and be able to send and receive emails until your order is successfully delivered.
1. Ordering process
You can use your browser’s print function to save and/or print any screen view.
1.1. Shopping cart
To select the desired product, click “Add to Cart.” In the following dialog, you can choose whether you want to display the shopping cart or continue shopping. After clicking “Add to Cart,” an overview of your selected products will appear. Product prices will be displayed and totaled, along with the shipping costs. You can change or delete the quantity of items using the + and – buttons.
Click “Continue Shopping” to return to the product selection. When you’re finished selecting your product and want to place your order, select the “Checkout” button. Click the logo to exit the ordering process.
1.2. Invoice data
Select your payment method and enter your billing information. If you would like to have your order delivered to a different billing address, click “Different delivery address?” and enter the desired delivery address. Please note that we only ship within Germany (excluding islands).
You can send a message in the “Your message to us” text field. You indicate your agreement to our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by clicking the checkbox.
Once you’ve finished entering your billing information and are ready to place your order, select the “Continue to Order” button. You can exit the ordering process by clicking on the logo.
1.3. Confirm order
You’ll see an overview of the ordered items and prices, as well as the total price including shipping costs, as well as your billing and, if applicable, delivery address. Clicking “Adjust billing and delivery details” will take you back to the billing information form, where you can make changes. You can interrupt the ordering process for the last time by clicking on the logo.
Once you have reviewed your order overview and would like to place a payment order, click the “Place order with payment” button. This will submit your binding order and accept our General Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment
If you have selected credit card as your payment method, you will be asked to enter your credit card details in the next step. Clicking “Pay” will send the data to our payment service provider, Mollie H.Q., Keizersgracht 126, 1015CW Amsterdam, Netherlands for validation.
Wenn Sie als Zahlungsart Giropay gewählt haben, werden Sie im folgenden Schritt auf die Website unseres Bezahldienstleisters Mollie H.Q., Keizersgracht 126, 1015CW Amsterdam, Niederlande weitergeleitet. Nach Angabe Ihrer Bank werden Sie auf die Ihnen bekannte Website Ihrer Bank zur Zahlungsanweisung weitergeleitet.
Once the payment has been confirmed by our payment service provider Mollie H.Q., Keizersgracht 126, 1015CW Amsterdam, Netherlands, the ordered goods will be displayed to you again.
If you have chosen prepayment as your payment method, this step will not be displayed.
3. Order confirmation
Your order in our online shop will be confirmed immediately to the email address you provided. However, this automatic confirmation does not mean that the ordered goods are available for delivery.

A purchase contract is only concluded upon payment of our pro forma invoice or through direct debit by the payment service provider Mollie H.Q., Keizersgracht 126, 1015CW Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Payment
1. Sales tax
The prices are net prices. VAT will be added.
2. Advance payment deadline
You will receive a pro forma invoice to the email address you provided. This invoice is due within 7 days (1 week). Your order will only be shipped after we receive the invoice amount.
3. Advance payment cancellation
If the invoice amount is not received within seven days (1 week) of invoicing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and use the goods for other purposes.

We send and receive electronic invoices of the ZUGFeRD/Factur-X type.
Payment methods
You can choose from these payment methods in our online shop:
1. Credit card
For payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa), we use the payment service provider Mollie H.Q., Keizersgracht 126, 1015CW Amsterdam, Netherlands. After the payment process is successfully completed, the amount for the order will be immediately debited from your credit card account.
2. Giropay
For payment via Giropay, we use the payment service provider Mollie H.Q., Keizersgracht 126, 1015CW Amsterdam, Netherlands. After the payment process is successfully completed, the amount for the order will be immediately debited from your current account.
3. Prepayment
You will receive a pro forma invoice with a delivery confirmation from us to the email address you provided during the ordering process. We will ship the goods after receipt of payment.
If the invoice amount is not received within seven days of invoicing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and use the goods for other purposes.
Shipment
Delivery takes place within Germany (excluding islands) with DHL.
Shipping costs
Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the ordered goods. Please see your shopping cart for the exact shipping costs for your order.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods in Germany will take place within 3-5 business days (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery address
Shipping will be made to the billing address provided with the order. A delivery address can be specified if it differs from the billing address. We cannot and are not permitted to share information about availability, drop-off locations, or preferred neighbors with parcel services. For more information please contact DHL-Customer Service.
