We created something special for the Christmas season. For all those who are still looking for a last-minute gift idea for their loved ones or are thinking about how they can make the time between the years interesting for the whole family. How to make your own Christmas cord trees:

Christmas cord trees
For this DIY project you will need:
- One sheet of sturdy cardboard
- Compasses and scissors
- Adhesive tape
- Cord (e.g. from our range)
- Craft glue or adhesive
- Decorations as desired: e.g. cardboard stars, bows or a string of lights
Step 1:
For this DIY project you will need:
Take the cardboard and draw a circle on it with the compass. The height of the finished tree will be slightly less than the radius of the circle.
Cut out the wedge and fold it in half twice so that it is evenly divided into 4 parts, as shown in the picture.
Cut along the fold lines.
Roll each of the quarter circles into cones and secure them with adhesive tape from the inside.

Step 2:
Coat the outside of the cone with the craft glue.
Now wrap the cord around the cone in turn.
Tip: Start at the tip. Cord ends can be easily hidden under the following wraps. Once you reach the end, simply fasten the rest inside the cone. This makes the result nice and even.
Step 3:
As soon as the glue is dry, the tree can be decorated. There are no limits to your creativity here.
For a special eye-catcher, the tree can be wrapped with a thin string of wire lights. Now just hide the switch inconspicuously under the cone.
And there you have it – a super simple craft project for the Advent season!
